The talents and activities of older people living in the Royal Borough of Kingston will be showcased by the Elders Empowerment Programme at a cultural event to be held at Tolworth Girls School, Surbiton on the 4 of September 2010.
The Elders Empowerment Programme is an initiative of the Centre for Community Development (CCD) - a registered charity involved with community development through access to knowledge, information and a range of projects both in the UK and worldwide.
