FixMyStreet is a national site to help people report, view, or discuss local problems they've found to their local council.

To report a problem, visit the FixMyStreet website, choose your location on a map and write your complaint. FixMyStreet will then forward your report to the appropriate authorities. There's even a FixMyStreet iPhone app to help you report problems while out and about.
