Con-men target elderly on robbing spree.

Two burglaries took place between 3.30pm and 4pm on Wednesday, January 9 in Howard Road, New Malden and Durbin Road, Chessington and a third took place on Friday, January 11, in Egmont Road, Surbiton.

Cliff Law, Chief Inspector of Operations at Kingston Police station said, "Please take the trouble to look out for a neighbour who may be vulnerable in your area, if you spot a tradesman at their address that you feel is suspicious ring the police on 999."

Detective Sergeant Phil De Rosa from Kingston Police's burglary and robbery team is leading the enquiry and can be contacted on 020 7247 5149 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
